Guest Access provides you with full access to resource library and documents so you can familiarise yourself with PCE principles and architecture.

Standard Level will allow you to add crypto assets and start benefitting from the full range of PCE protections and confidentiality.

Ghost Level provides a higher level of confidentiality for crypto asset holders who want a bespoke vehicle for managing and investing their assets. Consultation required.

PCE is a community undertaking operated by and for the benefit of Distributed Ledger Technology participants. It is made up of Members and Community Coordinators and is accessed through a private digital platform.

PCE is available to people liable to pay tax in the United Kingdom, wherever they live. PCE is not available to people liable to United States tax or tax to another state.

PCE provides Standard and Ghost membership. A member may join at Standard Level and later follow the additional guided steps to upgrade to Ghost Level.

PCE Members remain the registered owner, retain their private keys and remain the only person entitled to trade their digital assets.

PCE Members make a Year-One donation of 1.25% of the joining portfolio value every 30 days for 12 cycles. From Year Two, the donation is 1% of declared portfolio growth every 30 days.

Yes. Community donations can be made in fiat—such as pounds, US dollars or euros—or in a tradeable cryptocurrency.

Yes. New assets can be added by following the same joining steps, with the donation timetable for those assets beginning from their own joining date.

Yes. Members may leave by submitting an Exit Form or Exit Declaration and settling any applicable pro-rated donation for the current period.
